Getting started with Genie only takes a few minutes. Once you install the app, you'll go through a 5-part onboarding process that isn’t required but can be very helpful in getting your data into Genie correctly. After onboarding is complete, you'll be able to start analyzing and gaining insights into your inventory within minutes.

Currently, you can only manage one store within Genie. However, if you have multiple locations attached to your Shopify store, you’ll be able to track them within your Genie account. If you have multiple stores and want to use Genie, we are open to providing custom pricing.

There are no limits to the number of SKUs a store can have. We will support most brands regardless of the size of their catalog. However, brands with over 8,000 SKUs may experience slower load times with Genie due to the large amount of data that needs to be processed.
Genie currently only supports brands that sell on Shopify. We do have partners who can help sync data between Shopify and Amazon FBA. If you're interested in learning more or need help with an integration, feel free to book time with our team.
Logging in is easy! You can either click on the Login Button at the top right of our website, or go directly to https://app.getgenie.io/login where you can enter your email and receive a magic link in your email. Clicking that link will instantly log you in and you're login will be saved for up to 30 days.
Genie does not sell data to any third-party companies. The only way we use your data is to provide insights into your inventory.
